It is an indigenous company with shareholders solely among reputable Nigerians.

The initial focus for the company was automotive air-conditioning engineering, but has expanded to an overall automobile sales and service engineering for more than 20 years of its existence.

The company formation was born out of Samson Ukaria, CEO, curiosity to providing first class, comprehensive and personalize automobile repair services to its customers. The company has become a major player in the automotive industry.
